Hemorrhoids Diet

Today, I wanted to alert you to something will afflict 40% of the adult population (or more) at some point of their lives. It’s called hemorrhoids or piles and it’s basically any form of vein inflammation around the lower rectal regions.

Blood on your toilet paper? Itching in your anus area? Pain during constipation? All of these are likely signs that you may have hemorrhoids and it’s no laughing matter – because although common, they can be annoying and embarrassing. We need to find a way to have hemorrhoids shrink.

In the more severe stages, they can fall out like a lump outside your bottom. So what are some common mistakes that people make which contribute to developing this common condition? Even if you have these already, avoiding the following 3 mistakes can start relieving the problem gradually.

Mistake #1: Eating too much processed food

This can be a toughie for some people. However, it’s known that processed foods create harder stool and troubles in digestion. This creates constipation and other issues which can lead to hemorrhoids. The key here, especially when you are suffering and trying to cure hemorrhoids, is to lower your intake of processed sugars and foods.

Mistake #2: Sedentary lifestyle

A lot of long term sitting can create additional pressure on the bottom area and this invokes the perfect environment for a hemorrhoid to occur if combined with a sharp force such as constipation or pregnancy (in women). The solution is to make sure you do not sit for over 1 hour at a time, and remember to do stretches that promote healthy blood flow.

Mistake #3: Intake of processed medication and creams

This creates the same potential problem as processed foods. Even many of the fiber supplements contain processed and artificial elements that can create side-effects elsewhere… and lastly they are not even attacking the root of the problem here.

The other downside of these creams which do no benefit is that they waste one’s time and the hemorrhoid can get worse over time if the root problem is not reversed.

So try to avoid these 3 mistakes and you will not be contributing to any worsening of hemorrhoids. It’s very important to understand these in our modern lifestyle of sedentary office work and processed, convenient diets.

If you’ve tried many types of hemorrhoid solutions then you probably understand the differences of how each is used. In this article, I’ll go over what each of them do for the body, how they intend to treat hemorrhoids or piles, and the controversial, raw truth on most of them.

The first popular type is creams and ointments where a topical treatment is rubbed on your outer rectal area and aims to soothe blood vessels. This creates a relaxation of the tissue so that it does not bulge out so much. Once the tissue does not bulge, the hemorrhoid will be less likely to flare up. This is great for some relief in the temporal matter but unfortunately you are practically guaranteed to flare up again.

The 2nd type that is very popular as well in the form of suppositories which is inserted inside the rectum for the purposes of delivering moisture to the hemorrhoid and creating a lubricating effect once the next rectal pressure comes. The aim is to ensure the hemorrhoid heals without rupturing again. For some it works well, for others not so but it’s worth seeing.

The 3rd type is pills where one can consume that regulate some blood pressure in the system. This can have its side effects but overall it’s used to tighten vein tissue so that the hemorrhoid is less susceptible to problems. It’s a very top down approach that has its benefits but can also induce real side effects and big pharmacies like to push this.

These three types are the most common and once these are exhausted, you still have options such as cryotherapy or surgery. It all depends on the individual case and what you can tolerate. In my personal experience, it’s best to first try the safer options before going to the extreme measures. Even if the pain is unbearable, you can still use relief from these methods. It’s just not pleasant long-term either.

Now, not all hope is lost. I do have one solution that has surprised me pleasantly. I’d like to review a totally safe, natural remedy that works within a few days. It’s called the H Miracle system and you can find it at: The Incredible H Miracle System

It’s already been proven by hundreds, if not thousands of success stories in the underground fashion of alternative medicine. The system includes ingredient resources, charts, audio lessons and basically everything you need to cure your hemorrhoids one and for all. I really recommend it and just see the testimonials from users who have triumphed even severe hemorrhoids for good.

Simple Methods to Prevent Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are caused by the dilatation of the arteries that are located in the rectum and anal area. This dilatation appears due to a sedentary lifestyle, constipation, or as a result of a hereditary predisposition. In order to avoid the complications that this medical condition might cause, it is best to use the appropriate hemorrhoid treatments, whether it is traditional or alternative medications.

Although it might seem unbelievable, there is a wide range of simple methods that can help you prevent and treat hemorrhoids. The secret behind this is a balanced diet, the consumption of teas made of natural herbs and an active lifestyle. There is no wonder that simple elements are capable of changing not only your present state of health, but also the future of your health. That is why you should take some basic principles into account - these principles are focused on keeping your health great with the help of alternative medicine, natural herbs and traditional therapies.

In order to prevent hemorrhoids and the unpleasant consequences of this condition, the first thing you should change in your life is your daily diet and eating habits. In many cases, the health problems are related with being overweight or obese and with unhealthy eating habits. More and more people are tempted to eat processed products and junk food instead of introducing more fruits and vegetables in their diet. The consequences are disastrous, especially if we consider the fact that a high fiber diet, unprocessed carbohydrates such as fruits or integral cereals are very important when wanting to prevent and to treat hemorrhoids - fibers have the main purpose of softening and bulking up the stools so they can be passed out of the body easier. Anthocyanidins are phytochemicals present in fruits which help to strengthen the walls of weak blood vessels and veins. The fruits high in anthocyanidins are blackberries, cherries and blueberries and in case these are hard to find, then supplementation with Vitamin C and bioflavonoids will do the same trick. Bioflavonoids are present in high amounts in citrus fruits, buckwheat and some herbal teas such as rosehip.

Herbal preparations play another important role in preventing hemorrhoids. These herbal preparations are best represented by teas, herbal ointments and even suppositories - all these are helpful especially in the case of genetic predispositions or when trying to reduce discomfort and pain. Lots of liquids made from herbs like horsechestnut, grape-vine leaves, mistletoe leaves, nettle, mallow and oak bark are also capable of alleviating symptoms and preventing the onset of hemorrhoids. Furthermore, these herbs are of great help when trying to treat external hemorrhoids, as compressions with such mixtures can be applied directly on the affected areas. A great herb for this is the gel of Aloe vera which is renowned for its soothing and cooling properties.

On the other hand, aromatherapy plays an important role, together with an active lifestyle. Even if daily exercising and fitness hours are not your favorite activity, a dynamic lifestyle will help you avoid hemorrhoids. The introduction of walking in your daily schedule as well as the avoidance of prolonged periods of sitting down in the same spot will help to reduce constipation risks and other unpleasant consequences that appear together with hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoids are an unpleasant affection, but the methods that can prevent and treat them are based on simple and efficient principles that promote healthy living and lifestyle habit. Herbs and a high fiber diet with foods that are rich in bioflavonoids and anthocyanidins will not only help to prevent hemorrhoids but also encourage great health.

Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in or around the anus. Women often encounter hemorrhoids during pregnancy due to the increased flow and pressure of blood to the lower half of the body.

Hemorrhoids are more likely to occur during pregnancy to women who have had bouts of hemorrhoids in the past but women who have never had hemorrhoids are still at risk, especially if proper prevention methods are not used. Hemorrhoids can be triggered during the birth of the child or at any stage throughout the pregnancy. Hemorrhoids in pregnant women sometimes disappear naturally after giving birth but this shouldn’t be taken for granted as the hemorrhoids can inflame further and become more serious.

Another factor that can trigger hemorrhoids during pregnancy is constipation. Straining to pass stools can cause hemorrhoids. This is bigger threat for pregnant women than non-pregnant women due to pregnant women already having additional pressure on their veins.

If you are pregnant and notice one or more of the following signs, its likely you have a hemorrhoid. Signs include blood coating the stool, blood on the toilet paper, an itchy anus, a mound of skin coming out of the anus and pain while sitting down or during bowel movement.

As always - it’s better to avoid having hemorrhoids in the first place than to struggle to cure them. Some useful hemorrhoid prevention tips include drinking lots of water, eating foods high in fiber (to avoid constipation), avoiding lifting heavy weights, 20 minutes of daily exercises (walking is fine), and to svoid sitting or standing for long periods of time.

As mentioned, hemorrhoids can be extremely painful. Some useful pain relief tips include:

-Soaking your anus in warm water several times a day
-Applying ice to your anus several times a day
-Cleaning the anus well after bowel movement (always use the softest toilet paper available)

These 3 tips will definitely help to relieve pain. The best form of pain relief however is to immediately start treating the problem. Hemorrhoids can be treated quickly if the correct methods are used. A number of treatments for hemorrhoids during pregnancy exist including creams, suppositories, gels, surgery, and a range of different natural remedies.

Different methods of treatment should be applied depending on the severity of the hemorrhoids. Severe hemorrhoids will most likely need surgery while less serious cases can be treated easily using natural treatments.

Bleeding Internal Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are caused due over exerting oneself during a bowel movement. They are swollen areas of skin and blood vessels around the anus. They develop around the external opening of the anus. They are highly innervated and sensitive and are also at risk for thrombosis. They develop around the external opening of the anus.

Internal hemorrhoids occur above the pectinate or dentate line in the anal canal. They are covered by a mucous membrane. The internal hemorrhoid is graded to assist with the selection of a treatment plan. The treatment is then provided according to the grade. The grade of the hemorrhoid depends on the extent of descent into the anal canal and out of the anus. The most common sign of internal hemorrhoids is rectal bleeding.

Hemorrhoids can ooze fresh red blood, whether located externally or internally. But bleeding internal hemorrhoids may produce fresh blood in the stool.

Reasons for bleeding internal hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoids can develop from any common sources of pressure include like:

a) Constipation and extra straining of the bowel.

b) Diarrhea, where the expulsion of loose stools is continuous.

c) Sitting or standing for prolonged hours

d) Obesity

e) Lifting very heavy weights or objects

f) Pregnancy and childbirth

How to deal with bleeding internal hemorrhoids

a) Consult a doctor immediately. If you have been suffering from bleeding internal hemorrhoids then inform him if your bleeding is not stopping. If you are not aware of why you are bleeding then go for a checkup as more than often anal fissure is mistaken for bleeding internal hemorrhoids.

b) Wipe yourself with clean wet toilet paper. Wetting the paper makes it softer.

c) Ask for emergency care if you notice large amounts of rectal bleeding along with dizziness or faintness.

Treatments for bleeding internal hemorrhoids

If the bleeding is not stopping with prescribed medicines the doctor may recommend:

a) Rubber band ligation - Here one or two tiny rubber bands around the base of an internal hemorrhoid to cut off its circulation and the hemorrhoid falls off.

b) Sclerotherapy - In this process a chemical solution is injected around the blood vessel to shrink the hemorrhoid.

c) Laser treatment - A burst of infrared light can cut off circulation to small, bleeding, internal hemorrhoids.

d) Hemorrhoidectomy - This is the last resource if other procedures fail. Here the surgery is done with either local anesthetic combined with sedation, and requires an overnight hospital stay.

Hemorrhoids appear internally (internal hemorrhoids) and externally (external hemorrhoids). Prolapsed hemorrhoids are sometimes confused as being external hemorrhoids because they protrude out of the anus. Prolapsed hemorrhoids range in color from dark blue through to bright red - in most instances they appear as a red lump of swollen tissue.

Prolapsed hemorrhoids have the same symptoms and regular internal hemorrhoids. Itching, irritation, bright red blood on and in the stool, and general anal pains are common symptoms of a hemorrhoid. Protruding hemorrhoids can also give you a feeling of not being completely finished when passing a stool.

Hemorrhoids are divided into 4 different categories according to how serious they are. Prolapsed hemorrhoids are usually either 2nd, 3rd, or 4th degree hemorrhoids.

1st Degree: These are very minor hemorrhoids, not severe at all but treatment should still be sought to avoid them worsening.

2nd Degree: Hemorrhoids are second degree hemorrhoids when they protrude and retract in and out of the anal opening without human intervention.

3rd Degree: Category three prolapsed hemorrhoids protrude from the anus and need to be manually inserted - they will not retract by themselves automatically.

4th Degree: Fourth degree hemorrhoids are the most serious form of hemorrhoids. They cannot be inserted and medical help is usually required.

Prolapsed hemorrhoids can be prevented the same say regular hemorrhoids can be prevented. Ensure you have a diet high in fiber, that you perform mild exercise often and that you drink plenty of water (to avoid dehydration). Avoid sitting or standing for long periods of time and never strain to remove the stool.

Treatment options are varied depending on the severity of the hemorrhoid. If you are suffering immense pain, or you believe you may have a 4th degree prolapsed hemorrhoid, see a doctor immediately. In all other cases consider using natural cure. Other treatment options include creams and gels which can be applied to the affected area - these work with varying degrees of success but are generally considered to provide temporary pain relief and to reduce the swelling of hemorrhoids rather that cure them altogether.

Millions of people suffer from hemorrhoids on a day to day basis. It is a fairly common illness that effects almost 50% of all people at some stage in their lifetime. When someone suffers from hemorrhoids, the ideal solution is a fast, easy and lasting solution.
In social circles hemorrhoids are not often mentioned, even though they are a fairly common medical condition. Swelling of veins inside the anal passage (which is caused by high blood pressure or high blood volume) leads to hemorrhoids and some cases of hemorrhoids can cause extreme pain. Symptoms vary but the most commonly include bright red bleeding from inside the anal canal, pain during bowel movement, itching and in some cases a burning sensation. Most commonly used medications for hemorrhoids work to relieve pain and minimize swelling rather than to provide a long term solution to the problem.

Natural hemorrhoid treatment plans target the root cause of hemorrhoids. The benefit of this is that they provide a long lasting, permanent hemorrhoid cure. Hemorrhoid remedies can also be very effective at providing substantial pain relief.
Steps should also be taken to address other factors which commonly lead to hemorrhoids. Obesity, lifting heavy objects, dehydration and lack of exercise can all lead to hemorrhoids. The most common cause of hemorrhoids is constipation which is caused by a lack of fiber in your diet. By increasing your fiber intake you can minimize the chance of suffering from constipation.
5 Secret Herbal Hemorrhoid Treatments:

Grape Seeds and Pine Bark

Two substances known chemically as proanthocyanins and anthocyanins are contained in pine bark and grape seeds. Both of these substances strengthen veins and help to make the overall circulatory system structurally sounder. Cherries, blackberries, and strawberries also contain these substances.

Butchers Broom has been used for centuries in treating damaged varicose veins and it works very well for treating hemorrhoids as well. For best results take 100mg 3 times per day. (Ruscogenin is the active ingredient)

To reduce inflammation and bleeding of hemorrhoids try applying Witch Hazel 3 times each day to the hemorrhoids. As it comes in liquid form, it is easily applied using a cotton bud.
Another wonder-herb that is used to stop bleeding and tone blood vessels is Pilewort. It can be applied to the hemorrhoids as an ointment or drank in a tea.

The gel inside Aloe Vera leaves is effective in reducing hemorrhoid pain. It works to soothe burning sensations and provide temporary pain relief.

Thrombosed Hemorrhoids Exposed - Everything You Need To Know

Thrombosed hemorrhoids are amongst the most severe forms of hemorrhoids. A thrombosed hemorrhoid is a hemorrhoid in which the vein has clotted. Although thrombosed hemorrhoids are normally very painful they do not generally require surgical removal. The can occur inside the anal canal or as external hemorrhoids and they vary in size from being very small (the size of a pea) through to being as large as a golf ball in the most extreme cases.

Natural remedies can make a big difference to sufferers of thrombosed hemorrhoids; in fact, when natural cures are used correctly they can fully cure thrombosed hemorrhoids. Below we have listed some useful tips to relieve hemorrhoid pain:

Take several warm baths in a sitting position (known as a sitz bath) daily ” this will reduce pain and clean the affected area. Sitting down can often be very uncomfortable (and sometimes impossible) for sufferers of thrombosed hemorrhoids, in this case try squatting in the warm water for 5 minutes or so.

Avoid straining when removing the stool ” if you struggle when going to the toilet, we recommend making your stools softer. This can be done by eating foods with high levels of natural fibers such as fruits and vegetables, bran, beans etc.

Avoid dehydration. Stay hydrated by drinking a minimum of 7 glasses of water daily. This is not difficult - you should aim for 10 glasses to ensure hydration. Try drinking 2 glasses immediately when you wake up in the morning, 2 more at morning tea time and lunch time, 2 at dinner time and 2 before going to bed. Its always better to sip the water than drink it quickly.

Apply ice to the anal opening (or affected area). This will reduce the blood flow to the area and will also numb the thrombosed hemorrhoid. Wrap ice in a cloth to apply.

Use a hemorrhoid cream which can be bought at most pharmacys and chemists to reduce irritation. Its worth noting that creams work differently for different people and most dont provide long term solutions to hemorrhoids.

As a very temporary solution to excruciating pain ” Ibuprofen can be very effective.

Increase your rate of metabolism by walking for 20 minutes a day. This is probably best done after having a sitz bath or when you feel the least pain.

Reduce irritation and pain when cleaning your anus by using extra soft toilet paper or a soft damp towel.

A fast and easy way to cure thrombosed hemorrhoids is using a natural system such as the one created by Holly Hayden called H-Miracle. H-Miracle has cured many thousands of cases of hemorrhoids and also provides fantastic information about ways to get quick pain relief.

If you have tried everything including natural cures such as H-Miracle and still havent got results, its most likely you will need surgery to remove the hemorrhoid. A few of your options include:

Rubber-band Ligation ” this technique is performed by placing a rubber-band around the hemorrhoid which causes it to dry up and finally disappear.

Hemorrhoidectomy ” this procedure is reserved for only the most severe cases of hemorrhoids due to the long painful recovery time which is needed.

Sclerotherapy ” the infected area is injected with a shrinking agent. The hemorrhoid eventually disappears.

As mentioned above, surgery should be considered a last resort for removing thrombosed hemorrhoids, in the vast majority of cases thrombosed hemorrhoids can be cures using simple natural techniques.
